Job Title:

Hospital Operations Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational functions to ensure seamless service delivery and implement effective process improvements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve operational issues, manage data collation and performance metrics, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support resource allocation, manpower planning, and facility utilisation to meet patient and departmental needs.
  • Provide administrative support for regulatory submissions, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to hospital-wide projects and new service developments to enhance operational capabilities and organisational growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related studies.
  • 1–4 years of working experience in healthcare operations (hospital/clinic/healthcare institution).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with hospital information systems.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, process mapping, or project management methodologies is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities.
