Job Title: Senior Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Senior Assistant Bar Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing operations, and leading a team of mixologists.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including beverage costing and control, daily stock variance reconciliation, employee engagement, guest engagement, and administration. You will also be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensure accurate inventory management, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of hospitality practices and procedures, with the ability to analyze and improve processes and procedures. Additionally, you should be able to resolve conflicts and negotiate resolutions in a fair and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality diploma or degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in fine dining/luxury/nightlife
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktail, wine, and bar operations
  • Proficient in MS Office, Micros, and Seven Rooms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
