**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Ability to handle long hours on your feet and high-pressure situations with grace.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to read a room, anticipate needs, and show up with authenticity.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not a requirement.
