Food & BeverageAs a Hospitality Host / Server, you’ll be the face of the hotel’s dining experience, providing attentive service to both local and international guests at the hotel restaurant, rooftop bar, or during private dining events. Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
Present menus and explain daily specials or chef’s recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Handle guest inquiries and complaints tactfully
Assist in setting up the restaurant for service or private events
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements Previous experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is an advantage
Passionate about hospitality and service excellence
Friendly, energetic, and presentable demeanor
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
