Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers upon entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in running daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide service according to established procedures and standards, demonstrating knowledge of all service techniques.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the Outlet Manager, embracing a proactive approach to supporting the team.
