Restaurant Operations Manager

A Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operations at dining establishments to ensure profitability and an enjoyable dining experience.

The role involves ensuring that standard operating procedures are maintained consistently, including service recovery, restaurant task cycle and cost control. The Restaurant Operations Manager takes ownership of outlet sales, food quality and guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to deliver quality food, service and ambience to guests
  • Ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained consistently
  • Taking ownership of outlet sales, food quality and guest experience
  • Upholding safety, hygiene and cleanliness as required by regulations and company requirements

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants

Required qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications such as food safety or hospitality management
