Job Title: Dining Establishment Supervisor

Our esteemed establishment seeks a seasoned and accomplished individual to fill the role of Dining Establishment Supervisor. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and driving business growth.



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere is consistently maintained.
  • Manage table reservations efficiently, minimizing wait times and optimizing guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and inquiries with professionalism and poise, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Schedule duty-roster for all staff, promoting a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and setup of the dining area to the highest standards.
  • Attend meetings and briefings as required, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster open communication channels throughout the organization, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:


  • Relevant experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English and other languages as necessary.
