Dining Establishment Supervisor

Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Restaurant Leader to spearhead the success of our dining establishment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer service, and profitability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new suppliers
- Organize and supervise shifts with precision
- Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive image and suggest ways to enhance it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste
- Produce detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- Train new and current employees on effective customer service practices
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software & POS
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial management skills
