About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Support Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Your main duties will involve:

  • Maintaining Service email & Ticketing system database;
  • Processing service orders to ensure file is accurate and complete with all relevant documents, so it may be invoiced;
  • Providing KPI data;
  • Preparing pro-forma invoices where Payment in Advance is required;

You will also be responsible for maintaining Installation Report Drive, European WIP spreadsheet, and ensuring ships equipment list is kept up to date and informing Warranty Dept of any changes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for invoicing to final customer and performing any other relevant task to the job.
