Business Transformation Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to join our organization as a key player in shaping and driving enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the development of long-range business strategies, lead operational transformation projects, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance competitiveness, and deliver sustainable value across our organization.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendations. You will also have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic or change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and drive execution of mid-to-long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectives and regional expansion priorities
  • Lead and manage transformation programs to enhance operational effectiveness, organizational agility, and business model innovation
  • Translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable roadmaps
  • Manage and coordinate strategic cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
  • Support C-suite and senior management in scenario planning, strategic reviews, and performance tracking
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful improvement initiatives
  • Act as a transformation champion by embedding change management best practices and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Optimize resource and investment allocation across initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business planning roles, ideally within a multinational or regional HQ context
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic or change initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Agile, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic, matrixed environments
