Responsibilities include implementing Team CTO Strategy, identifying and leading transformation and improvement projects, and maintaining a clear narrative on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Supporting the team in running regular cadence across the business includes CTO Leadership meetings, CTO Management Team meetings, CTO All Hands meetings, and various Functional and Category-level R/I&O forums.

This role will provide you with unrivalled exposure to senior leaders in the business and provide opportunities to be at the core of change that will shape Dyson's future.

The role is part of the Dyson Strategy & Programme job family.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Significant professional experience in product or engineering led organisations.
  2. Demonstrate good understanding of product development, engineering, and engineering organisations.
  3. Demonstrate problem identification and resolution, and an analytical and structured way of working.
  4. Have deep understanding of Programme management and proven track record of delivering complex programmes.
  5. Demonstrate ability to build and sustain in a complex and changeable stakeholder environment.
  6. Be effective in building your own networks to learn about Dyson product development, various stakeholder groups in the business and the interdependencies between different business units.
