Job Title: Strategic Change Enablement Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with expertise in change management, specializing in strategic enablement.

You will work closely with cross-functional product teams to assess, design, and implement effective change strategies that ensure the smooth transition of on-premise systems to evergreen cloud-based products.

As a Strategic Change Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to:

  • Lead efforts to create a Change Strategy/Change Plan and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Design and execute various change management initiatives, plan communications interventions, and enable training and upskilling of people impacted by change.
  • Leverage data insights from change management analytics to design and adjust change strategies.

You will be expected to have knowledge of change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and how to drive change adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Analysis & Design

- Assess business needs and develop strategic recommendations for change management initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Build relationships with key stakeholders through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue.

Communication Planning

- Plan and execute effective communication strategies to support change initiatives.

Talent Development

- Develop capability development programs to support workforce transformation initiatives.

Project Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to drive project objectives, key messages, and desired behavior shifts.

Leadership & Coaching

- Provide coaching and guidance to product teams to ensure successful change adoption.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Change Management work.
  • Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g. ACMP, PROSCI).
  • Experience in related areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to senior audiences.
