**THE ROLE**:

- AMD is seeking an **APJ Channel Enablement Manager** to lead the development and execution of strategic channel enablement programs that empower AMD’s partner ecosystem. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our channel partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources they need to accelerate sales performance and deliver business outcomes.

In addition to driving key enablement initiatives, this role includes **people management responsibilities for a team of Channel Enablement Specialists**. As a team leader, you will coach, guide, and develop your direct reports, fostering a high-performing culture focused on partner success, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

As a strategic liaison between AMD and its partners, this role requires a strong communicator with demonstrated experience in channel sales, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams to align enablement initiatives with AMD’s go-to-market strategy and business objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Team Leadership & People Development**
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Channel Enablement Specialists, setting clear objectives and development plans.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and partner impact.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional growth through coaching and development initiatives.
- Allocate team resources effectively to balance strategic priorities and tactical execution across partner enablement programs.

**Partner Enablement & Training**
- Oversee the development and rollout of scalable onboarding and training programs for AMD’s channel partners.
- Ensure the team delivers engaging, relevant, and customized training content aligned with AMD’s product roadmap and market strategy.
- Maintain and continuously update sales enablement tools including playbooks, certification paths, sales guides, and localized collateral.
- Drive enablement consistency and quality across markets by setting best practices and governance standards.

**Program Execution & Partner Support**
- Manage and scale AMD’s Partner Program, including Market Development Funds (MDF), partner rewards, and incentive structures.
- Ensure all program communications are clear, compliant, and aligned with AMD’s brand and strategic direction.
- Oversee the maintenance of partner portal resources, content accuracy, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance partner experience and satisfaction.

**Sales & Marketing Alignment**
- Partner with channel sales teams to define messaging, value propositions, and sales tools that enhance partner engagement and deal conversion.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and channel promotions.
- Organize partner-facing events, workshops, and webinars to drive awareness, enablement, and engagement.

**Performance Measurement & Optimization**
- Lead the team in tracking training engagement, partner program participation, and enablement impact metrics.
- Leverage insights and analytics to refine enablement strategies, identify performance gaps, and implement targeted improvements.
- Promote automation and efficiency by optimizing processes and reporting using CRM and business intelligence tools.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Collaboration**
- Serve as a key point of contact between AMD and channel partners, ensuring alignment of goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and regional account managers, OEM teams, and marketing stakeholders on joint enablement efforts.
- Gather and synthesize partner feedback to influence program direction and improve AMD’s partner engagement model.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program performance, partner engagement, and strategic opportunities.

**Market Intelligence & Innovation**
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive movements, and partner needs to proactively adapt enablement strategies.
- Recommend and drive new initiatives that enhance the partner experience and deliver value to AMD’s channel eco
