Change Communications Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and execution of engaging, effective communication strategies that drive organizational change initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans for high-impact change initiatives.
  • Create clear, compelling content and guide creative execution across multiple channels to ensure consistent and targeted messaging.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver presentations, communications toolkits, and other materials that facilitate understanding and adoption.
  • Leverage performance insights to continuously refine engagement strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Additional certifications (e.g. Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional) are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large or complex organizations.
