**Job Description**:
1. You will manage a team of between 8-10 change management consultants and analysts to execute the

Change Management initiatives for the client programme that would impact up to 35,000 users.

2. You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape the change vision and translate it into a

change management strategy and are responsible for these change deliverables
- change plan, change impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and

communications strategy, learning strategy, behavior change strategy, change effectiveness survey,

business benefits realization, adoption and embedment strategy.

3. Design structure of change network and deliver change interventions to drive the desired behavior

change, change adoption and embedment.

4. Conduct change effectiveness survey and design interventions to drive continuous improvement.

5. Define metrics and measure business adoption and business benefits realiszation.

6. Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely using innovative channels, to capture the

hearts and minds of stakeholders.

7. Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

8. Minimum of 6+ years of change management and/or consulting experience is expected for

Manager Lead Level.

8. Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human

Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership

Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.

9. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

10. Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment

11. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

12. Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral)

and facilitate complex discussions.

13. Strong executive level relationship building skills.
