Job Overview

A highly skilled professional is required to lead the development, implementation and oversight of change communication programs for key strategic initiatives.

This role entails developing targeted change communication plans, designing impactful campaigns with performance tracking and insights, leading on website content related to Student Management System (SMS) and Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) matters, contributing ideas for new programs, and recommending innovative branding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted change communication plans for University staff, faculty, and students.
  • Design and execute impactful campaigns with a focus on performance tracking and insights.
  • Lead on website content related to SMS and SASD matters.
  • Contribute ideas for new programs and recommend innovative branding techniques.
  • Research and understand key business challenges, stakeholder behavior, target audiences, competitive activity that impacts programs within the business and assigned departments.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years' experience in strategic or project communication within a large organization.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create engaging content across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation.
  • Skilful in crafting clear, concise messaging and managing group dynamics.
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned projects.
