Change Management Expert

The Role

This is a key individual contributor role, overseeing and facilitating the process of change within an organization. The primary responsibility is to ensure effective planning, implementation, and sustainability of changes, while minimizing resistance and maximizing employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented individual who is passionate about driving change and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals.
  • Conduct thorough Change Impact Analyses to identify potential risks and devise strategies to address resistance and facilitate a smoother transition.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute impactful communication strategies tailored to various target audiences.
  • Collaborate in the development, design, and delivery of training and enablement strategies aligned with change initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in change management or a related field, with a strong track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, impactful messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to conduct thorough Change Impact Analyses.
  • Experience in supporting the design and delivery of training programs related to change initiatives.

Benefits

Candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
