The Change Manager reports to the CIO and dotted line to IT PMO and will be expected to provide all aspects of project support, which will involve working closely with the IT PMO and teams. The post-holder will lead change management and promote change management in the organisation and act as an interface for all transformations. You support people through the change and transformation and act as a sparring partner in the delivery of change management. You will be expected to undertake various tasks, including communicating with stakeholders, assisting with training plans for current and new projects, organising meetings, etc. The position will be based in Singapore, regional travel is expected.

**The Change Manager will**:
Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
**- Support communication efforts**

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
**- Assess the change impact**

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
**- Support training efforts**

Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

1) Develop change management plans for projects and change initiatives and lead change management work streams with a structured methodology/process.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end change management process.
- Collaborate with business leaders & other stakeholders to successfully implement the intended deliverables by leveraging change management framework.

2) Develop communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities and content to drive adoption and sustainability of change.
- Supporting the development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Co-ordination and communication especially with senior stakeholders.
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
- Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.

3) Support various IT projects
- Support multiple business transformation programs and project teams as a critical contributor to complex problems.
- Collaborate and engage with project teams and suppliers on issue log, risk registers, training planning and execution.
- Lead and conduct necessary research activities required by projects.
- Regularly review progress and performance expectations with CIO, IT PMO, and leadership teams, providing expectations, performance planning, feedback, training & development.

4) Support to PMO
- Interacts with and identifies corporate and country requirements for various operations and projects. Collects and compiles required data and information as inputs for projects.
- Organize, plan and conduct training workshops for the project team.
- Process feedback of training sessions for improvements.
- Provide high-quality administrative and project support to the PMO Lead.

**Educational & Professional Qualifications**
- Typically 5 years’ experience in a similar change management role.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale organisational change efforts in a complex global environment.
- Expert in cross functional tools especially in ERP is preferred.
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
- Able to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change.
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels.
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Project management and planning skills, familiarity with project management tools a plus.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Able to cope with pressure.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong grip on business operations.
- Comfortable working at the micro level with relentless attention to details.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of business.

**Preferred**
- Experience in ERP enabled Change Management.
- Experience in global business transformation programmes (change management, organisational change or similar) or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- A professional qualification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
- Indonesian Bahasa language proficiency due to need to liaise with our Indonesian operations team
