The Strategic Change function works on systematically deploying change management skills, tool and processes throughout the organisation while managing the people side of change ensuring alignment to delivery of our strategic roadmap.

**Job Description
You will be assigned to a project or programme, and be entrusted to:

- Define multi-year Change Management strategy and approach for the assigned Projects or programme
- Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
- Develop, manage, and execute activities within the change management plan which may include:

- crafting of change narrative
- designing simple and coherent key messages to be delivered over various channels
- organising campaigns or events to generate awareness
- proposing ideas to collect structured or unstructured feedback or people insights
- identifying learning needs and designing appropriate training or awareness material in consult with the project team and key stakeholders
- designing interventions where appropriate to manage potential resistance to change
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor change management budget and resources for related change management activities

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

**Working Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience operating as a project manager or workstream lead for change management, communication and/or training
- Prior experience in any of the following teams will also be duly considered:

- Marketing / corporate communications
- Curriculum design and training
- People insights

**Professional Qualifications**
- Change management certification or designation desired
