Job Title:

Seeking a Transformation Leader to drive strategic change and operational excellence in Third-Party Risk Management Governance.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to design, implement and embed TPRM strategic change initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure ongoing delivery and operational efficiency of the TPRM programme of work, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic roadmap, including the design and implementation of the target operating model, that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Implement best practices in Third Party Risk Management, as part of the defined programme plan.
  • Define roles and responsibilities in the future state target operating model.
  • Review and update relevant TPRM governance documents (e.g. TPRM Standards, SMR, Reasonable Steps) to reflect TPRM programme changes.
  • Support development of a comprehensive change management plan that ensures smooth transition and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a leadership or transformation role, ideally within supply chain management / procurement.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including designing and implementing new operating models, optimizing supply chain / procurement processes, and driving operational excellence.
