Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Change Communications Professional to lead our change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change communication plans targeting university staff, faculty, and students.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on change communication deliverables.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support strategic change management initiatives.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns with performance tracking and insights.
  • Lead on website content related to the Student Management System and Student and Academic Services Department.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years' experience in strategic or project communication.
  • Experience in change management, communications, and marketing within the education sector.
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in crafting clear messaging and managing group dynamics.
