Change Communications Lead

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Change Communications Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping teams and stakeholders navigate change with clarity and confidence. As a key member of our organization, you'll have the opportunity to shape how transformation is communicated and embraced.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Create clear, compelling content and guide creative execution across multiple channels to ensure consistent and targeted messaging.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver presentations, communications toolkits, and other materials that facilitate understanding and adoption.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging performance insights to continuously refine engagement strategies.
  • Manage and maintain internal content platforms related to transformation programs.
  • Contribute new ideas and innovative branding approaches to enhance communication outcomes.
  • Align communication efforts across platforms-digital, physical, and print-for a consistent user experience.
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, business challenges, and behavioral insights to tailor messaging effectively.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications or a related discipline.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional) are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large or complex organizations.
  • Strong experience supporting transformation or change initiatives, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills across digital, print, and live formats.
  • Proven ability to translate complex or technical information into engaging, accessible messaging.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presentations and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
