Job Title: Communications Manager for Change

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager for Change to lead the development and implementation of communication plans that support organisational change initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that address key stakeholder groups, including staff, faculty, and students.
  • Craft compelling messages and content that effectively communicate organisational changes and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and targeted messaging across various channels.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to track performance and inform future efforts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic or project communication within a large organisation.
  • Proven track record in change management, with expertise in communicating organisational change initiatives.
  • Degree in Communications or equivalent; certifications related to communications are a strong advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Strong copywriting skills to create engaging content across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
