Job Title: Transformation Communication Lead

Our team is driving impactful change through strategic initiatives. We are seeking a Manager, Change Communications to lead the development and execution of engaging communication strategies that support major transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for significant organizational changes.
  • Create compelling content and guide creative execution across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver presentations, communications toolkits, and other materials that facilitate understanding and adoption.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging performance insights to continuously refine engagement strategies.
  • Manage internal content platforms related to transformation programmes.
  • Contribute innovative branding approaches to enhance communication outcomes.
  • Align communication efforts across platforms for a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, business challenges, and behavioural insights to tailor messaging effectively.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Additional certifications (e.g. Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional) are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large organizations.
  • Strong experience supporting transformation initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills across digital, print, and live formats.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into engaging messaging.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presentations and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
