Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Business Transformation Expert to spearhead change initiatives in our Compliance Platform & Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in formulating business requirement documents, process mapping, and user stories.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive transformation strategies to elevate AML capabilities and maximize compliance data as a strategic asset. They will lead project management of financial crime compliance waterfall projects to enhance Group AML capabilities for quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing stakeholder engagement and communication plans to proactively engage impacted stakeholders for business requirement formulation, process, and user journey mapping.
  • Preparing concise steering committee materials for updating senior stakeholders and facilitating decision-making.
  • Partnering with Group and Technology teams, as well as external vendors, to jointly develop scalable IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implementing automated data analytics solutions using Python for self-service analytics, manual data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools for compliance reporting and key emerging risk monitoring.
  • Formulating test plans and leading UAT execution with end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Product Owner with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivation, passion for change, and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to understand and empathize with business needs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, hands-on experience in formulating business requirement documents, process mapping, and user stories.
  • Understanding of AML compliance or risk management in financial institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with either Waterfall Project Management or Agile Methodology, meticulous, and enjoy data analysis to maximize AML data as a strategic asset.
  • Certification in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner will be preferred.
