This Senior Consultant position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide expert advice on how to achieve them.

You will also be responsible for managing projects, including developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals across the organization to share best practices and leverage expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a management consultant with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem-solving environments across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.
  • Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills, e.g., defining, and deconstructing problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, especially senior management.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business and cross-functional teams.
