Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, partnership management, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies for growth. - Cultivate relationships with key partners and public institutions.
- Manage and renew service level agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a liaison for communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of initiatives and projects.
- Track outcomes and report to senior management.
- Continuously improve operational procedures and provide secretariat support for meetings and projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You should also have a strategic thinker with a strong business orientation, excellent project management and organizational abilities, and be meticulous, analytical, and process-driven. Additionally, experience leading teams, adaptability, resourcefulness, and a service-oriented approach with a passion for achieving business goals are highly desirable.
