Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Project Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in project management, coordination, and leadership.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex building projects, with a strong understanding of Contract requirements and safety protocols. They will be responsible for coordinating with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, as well as ensuring that work is completed on schedule and within budget.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team of engineering personnel and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Relevant certification (e.g. BCA)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior project coordination roles
  • Proven track record of delivering complex building projects on time and within budget
