Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor building condition and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Ensure all facilities comply with safety and building regulations
  • Act as the main liaison for internal users, vendors, and contractors
  • Conduct routine inspections and manage preventive maintenance schedules
  • Oversee soft services such as cleaning, pest control, and security
  • Maintain logs, reports, and inventories for equipment and supplies
  • Support emergency responses and participate in evacuation drills
  • Manage minor renovation projects and space planning tasks

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in facility management, building operations, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety)
  • Ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards (e.g. BCA, SCDF)
  • Basic computer literacy for report writing and scheduling
