Project Manager Role Overview

This is a Project Manager position where you will be responsible for managing large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project execution complies with Contract requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management involving scheduling, work coordination, and managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Additionally, they will have strong leadership skills to manage resources, lead teams of engineering personnel, and define their scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management involving scheduling, work coordination, and managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Ensure project execution complies with Contract requirements
  • Manage resources to ensure the project is on track
  • Lead team of engineering personnel and define their scope of work
  • Ensure work is complying with safety, health, environment requirement
  • Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
  • Liaise with Client and User
Requirements:
  • Relevant BCA certification or Diploma/ Degree in Construction/Project Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant Local Building Construction projects experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Expected salary: Competitive compensation package including bonus and allowances
  2. Notice period: Flexible notice period to accommodate candidate's needs
  3. Past projects involved: Please include details of previous construction projects managed, including types of buildings or constructions, names, etc.
