Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the coordination of multiple projects from inception to completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Ensure that site workers are adequately trained and equipped to carry out works in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner;
  • - Liaison with clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth project progression;
  • - Monitor and control project schedules, coordinating activities and resolving problems as they arise;
  • - Review design specifications and plans to identify potential issues and recommend actions for improvement;
  • - Manage project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts;
  • - Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out;
  • - Develop good communication and engagement with the client to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • - At least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Building Services, or equivalent;
  • Skills and Experience:
  • - Good knowledge and experience in commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects;
  • - Experience in planning and supervision of all operational activities;
