Senior Building Design Manager Job Opportunity

Are you a highly skilled and experienced building design professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a Senior Building Design Manager to lead our architectural team in the delivery of large-scale, complex building projects.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the architectural elements of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure that architectural designs are implemented according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to schedule and plan activities, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized degree in architecture or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CAD and Revit preferred.

Work Arrangement:

  • 6 days (5.5-day work week - Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet).

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Project Director & Project Manager.
  • Project Management & supervising the Works.
  • Site Architect for A&A works.
