Central Region, Singapore Artrend Design Pte Ltd Full time $2,000 - $8,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • To provide consultation to customers
  • To prepare Quotation for clients and Supervision of projects from inception to completion, including Management of the overall project.
  • To liaise with customer and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Handling commercial projects. To undertake both residential and commercial projects
  • Conceptualize ideas and design from design brief

Requirements:

  • Strong In Interior Design conceptualization, presentation and marketing skills
  • Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin (to handle enquiries Chinese-speaking customers)
  • Strong in negotiation & sealing of contracts
  • Ability to read floorplans / furniture detailed drawings and experience in interior design will be an advantage
  • High commission (min $2000-$8000) based on monthly sales + basic salary
