Contribute to driving ad product growth as a TikTok Ad Product Growth Specialist at TikTok Pte. Ltd.
About the RoleYou will work closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing, and many more teams to drive ad product growth.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with PM and PMM teams to develop Performance Brand products
- Translate the global product vision, strategy, and plans to regional and market level in partnership with market PMM teams
- Lead the Global Market Wide PMM Processes for advertising products including quarterly reviews, growth plans, updates
- Provide end-to-end leadership and execution for Product Strategy related projects
- Develop and execute global programs, initiatives, and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
- Analyze market opportunities, in-market feedback, and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, digital advertising, or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and multitask
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
- Master's degree or above
