About The Team

TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media and ad tech to lead product solutions, operations and go-to-market for for our suite of App Ads and App measurement solution. Sitting in the Product Solution & Operations organisation, this is a player/coach role with time spent on working with a team as well as working on products as an individual contributor.

As an Experienced Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our the App Ads and Gaming Products globally. Leveraging your extensive product marketing experience and exceptional project management skills, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product positioning, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and maintain a high level of agility will be crucial in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Product Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive product positioning strategies that effectively communicate our product value propositions to target audiences. Distill complex technical details into clear and compelling messaging that resonates with customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and facilitate collaboration across various departments including product development, sales, marketing, and customer support. Serve as the bridge between teams, ensuring alignment and a unified approach to achieving product goals.
- Revenue Generation: Leverage your track record of delivering revenue growth to identify new opportunities, optimize solutions, and develop Go-To-Market plans that drive growth of the app ads business
- Project Management Excellence: Utilize your strong project management skills to drive product launches, campaigns, and initiatives. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
- Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences. Translate insights into actionable strategies that position our products as industry leaders.
- Impactful Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations that showcase the performance of product marketing initiatives, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within App ad and/or Gaming
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and impact through effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise messaging.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, and navigate through ambiguity with a positive and proactive mindset.
