About the team
The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.

We are looking for a talented, self-directed Growth Performance Marketing Manager with an analytical mindset to join TikTok in Singapore. As Performance Marketing Manager, you should be a data-driven marketeer, digital savvy, results-oriented and possess a growth hacking mindset. You should have a keen eye for understanding users' digital journey, and analyse data to draw business insights from complex data. There will be opportunities for you to work on different projects and enjoy the excitement of analytical problem-solving, critical thinking & innovation across the Asia Pacific region.

**What you will be doing**:

- Define and manage digital strategy for performance marketing and full-funnel brand/product campaigns.
- Launch, develop and track the implementation of A/B test campaigns alongside creative and communication teams to increase performance across the full marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with engineers and support creative teams to elevate creative craft across digital channels.
- Identify, optimise and implement opportunities using data to support, creating test plans (A/B testing) across targeting, creative/ad copy, platforms, etc.
- Map, identify and brainstorm new optimization and creative opportunities by leveraging performance marketing ads through data.
- Identify digital marketing trends and insights, and keep abreast of new social media or web technologies. Experiment with these new technologies for digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in each workstream to influence and coordinate efforts for creativity and optimization. Both internal teams and external media and creative companies are examples of cross-functional teams.

**What you should have**:

- At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
- Possesses relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Maths or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines.
- Experience in performance marketing: SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads.
- An affinity for analysing data and making good observations from numbers and reports. Proven records of analytics experience on creative performance, identify optimisation opportunities and make informed marketing and creative decisions using data.
- Creative and enjoys coming up with new ideas and strategies, able to think strategically, shows initiative, detail-oriented and conscientious, and proactive.
- Experience working with cross-functional regional teams, specifically creative teams and media/communications strategy teams.
- Prior experience in managing external creative and media agencies.
