About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Strategic Account Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, their in-house insurance and reinsurance teams, and various stakeholders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth and harmonious working relationships.
- Assist the team in gathering, analyzing, and managing underwriting information, preparing client and market presentations, and coordinating policy wordings and related documents.
- Prepare timely reports, including quarterly schedules of renewals, stewardship reports, renewal reports, and claim bordereaux reports.
- Identify and develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients, including cross-selling other Aon capabilities.
- Coordinate client meetings, trips, and other special requirements.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on risk and insurance management, business, finance, or sales.
- At least one to two years of experience in reinsurance or insurance broking or a related field.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage.
- A team player with the ability to multitask in a highly pressurized environment and willingness to travel.
- Good relationship development skills, with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
