About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Strategic Account Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, their in-house insurance and reinsurance teams, and various stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth and harmonious working relationships.
  • Assist the team in gathering, analyzing, and managing underwriting information, preparing client and market presentations, and coordinating policy wordings and related documents.
  • Prepare timely reports, including quarterly schedules of renewals, stewardship reports, renewal reports, and claim bordereaux reports.
  • Identify and develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients, including cross-selling other Aon capabilities.
  • Coordinate client meetings, trips, and other special requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on risk and insurance management, business, finance, or sales.
  • At least one to two years of experience in reinsurance or insurance broking or a related field.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage.
  • A team player with the ability to multitask in a highly pressurized environment and willingness to travel.
  • Good relationship development skills, with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
