This role will be responsible for delivering strategic talent management and learning solutions across all three service lines - Advisory, Outsourcing and Recruitment.
The successful candidate will report into the Regional Head of Talent Management in their region and work closely with the wider regional HR Leadership team, and regional business leaders in the development and implementation of a global talent and development strategy across the organization, aligned to the company's vision and values.
The role will involve leading, mentoring, and guiding Talent Management Advisors & Administrators to support the implementation of talent initiatives, learning & development programmes in their region.
Main Responsibilities:- Functional Leadership
- Support junior team members to effectively and collaboratively deliver and measure talent and training programmes and experiences.
- Work closely with HR Operations and key stakeholders to ensure programs and processes are clearly defined, understood, and drives consistency, sustainment, and continual improvement in region.
- Deliver talent initiatives & learning programmes across diverse businesses, geographies, and functions, on all talent/learning related matters.
- Develop and deliver business relevant, future focused and insightful content for learning and development programmes.
- Deliver talent program design and deliver Learning and Development, management, leadership, compliance, mentorship, and coaching programs, with close alignment to the business and succession planning outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define appropriate scope and focus for Talent Management initiatives with key partners and stakeholders.
- Support in the implementation of a consistent performance management process across the business.
- Run Train the Trainer workshops where necessary to deploy solutions at scale in our business.
- Support with the design and implementation of Career pathways across the business.
- Deliver on cross-functional initiatives to support the group from a talent development perspective.
- Administer online 360 feedback requests for Senior Managers and ADs in our business along with report generation and feedback.
- Talent Technologies
- Support in the implementation of Corner Stone as the LMS and platform to manage performance, succession etc.
- Update and push relevant content on the LMS on an ongoing manner.
- Develop content and run training (and refreshers) on technical tools such as Zenith, Power BI, Profile, Learning Hub, SharePoint, Unified Comms & Basic Microsoft tools.
- Run roll out sessions for new product/features across the business. Test new features to explore business use.
- Local Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively diagnose the needs coupled with creative thinking and problem-solving skills in order to provide the right solutions for both internal and external clients.
- Able to work commercially, understand the business and align the talent management strategy with the business strategy to ensure effective execution.
- Experience of leading and implementation of end-to-end employee development solutions that includes needs analysis, design, delivery of executive and leadership development, management development and wider learning and development programmes, talent analytics, high impact learning programmes, performance management, succession planning and career development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, judgement and a high level of collaboration and influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, influencing and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience of working with senior business leadership team and directly interacting with senior executives, along with the credibility and communication skills to build, grow and maintain strong working relationships.
- Customer centric with high degree of business acumen.
- Agile mindset; adaptable in flexible, global, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience working within multiple geographies and aligning approach to the local cultural context where needed.
- Proven track record with execution of strategic and tactical Learning and Development programmes and initiatives.
- Experience with technology, talent systems, tools and metrics.
- Strong project management skills and commercial in delivery.
- Ability to travel internationally.
