Job Title: Strategic Talent Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead initiatives that boost employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive projects to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance. Collaborate with senior management to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure timely hiring of skilled individuals. Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract motivated employees.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Manage HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration. Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
Internal Communications Role:
- Planning & Organization: Plan and manage internal events and initiatives.
- BA Strategic Topics: Develop, manage, and implement the internal communication strategy to support the execution of the BA strategy.
- Support & Guidance: Consult and support leaders with communication measures and training. Advise BA management on positioning in internal channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- More than 8 years of experience in Generalist HR Management.
- Employer branding experience is beneficial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to employee development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
