Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Talent Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that enhances the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Create and manage annual learning plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develop training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training initiatives
- Balancing resource allocation with expected outcomes
- Manage budgets and forecasts to optimize our training investment
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training experiences
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Strategic Talent Development Manager, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or Business Administration
- Expertise in training planning and facilitation
- A deep understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring staff
- Able to travel frequently for business purposes
- Familiarity with international markets is highly desirable
