Empowering Talent Development is at the heart of this strategic position. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent management strategy.
This leadership role will oversee a range of global HR activities and projects, focusing on developing actionable strategies and solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop, monitor, evaluate, and review talent management frameworks, programs, processes, and interventions across the global talent pool.
- Plan and execute annual global talent reviews and regional talent development council discussions to foster career growth opportunities.
- Assess development needs, perform data and gap analysis, design, and lead programs for talent development councils to strengthen pipelines.
- Provide expert consultation, develop, and implement all phases of talent management, such as succession planning, performance management, talent pipelines, career pathways design, etc.
As a key member of the Group HR team, you will have the opportunity to drive inclusive resourcing, support diverse pipelines, and promote equitable development opportunities. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in cross-disciplinary talent management domain expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of current and emerging talent management tools and talent development aids, strong presentation and facilitation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and high-level integrity and maturity to manage confidential information.
