As a key HR partner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to various business units. This includes talent acquisition, development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop strategies to enhance HR service delivery, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
