Key Responsibilities:- Drive data-driven HR strategies leveraging HR data analytics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion cutting-edge HR technologies including AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic leadership in talent management and succession planning strategies, considering Group policies and initiatives.
- Direct staff wellbeing initiatives and awards.
- Ensure employment law and Group policy compliance through audits and risk mitigation.
- Establish governance over employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage resources efficiently allocating budget.
- Conduct other assigned HR improvement work.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Talent Management and compliance.
- Demonstrated AI-powered HR solution implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation principles and applications in HR.
- Proven successful talent management program development and implementation experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
