Business Development Representative Job Summary
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Bid on proposals and quotes for incoming inquiries.
- Gather information and support the Manager with tender submissions.
- Contribute to the planning of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Foster strong customer relationships by following up on proposals and collaborating with the Manager.
- Record and monitor proposal progress and update the Manager accordingly.
- Network with industry contacts and utilize direct marketing methods to reach out to potential customers.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry (internships included).
- Independent and focused individual with the ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
