Job Description
As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and profits for our hotels. You will be responsible for managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, as well as function space authorizations, restrictions, and rental.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage room inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue
- Maintain the transient rooms inventory for the hotel(s) and be responsible for maximizing transient revenue
- Release group rooms back into general inventory and ensure clean booking windows for customers
Your primary goal is to increase market share for all properties by refining sales strategies and analyzing period-end data to identify trends and obstacles to achieving goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
