Join a dynamic team as a Revenue Growth Strategist, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive revenue strategies to drive business growth. This role involves working closely with creators, partners, and stakeholders to design and implement monetization frameworks that maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop revenue targets and strategies for individual creators and content series
- Create tiered monetization packages (exclusive vs. non-exclusive content)
- Implement and optimize multiple revenue streams: sponsorships, brand partnerships, licensing, merchandise, subscription models
- Conduct regular revenue performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Establish pricing benchmarks and negotiation frameworks for different content types
- Quarterly revenue forecasts and performance reports
- Creator-specific monetization roadmaps
- Partnership rate cards and pricing guidelines
- ROI analysis for all monetization initiatives
- Monthly new partnership acquisition targets (minimum 3 to 5 new partnerships per month)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or media studies
- Relevant professional certifications (Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) combined with substantial experience
- Diploma in digital marketing/media with proven track record in creator economy
- 2+ years in creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital content monetization
- 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or related field
