Strategic Business Analyst

This is a challenging opportunity to work in a leading financial institution.

  • An experienced Business Analyst is required to join the team to deliver strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data and developing business requirement documents
  • Performing testing for System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing and preparing communications and training deliverables for operational readiness activities
  • Managing and tracking assigned projects, plans, and deliverables to required standards and agreed milestones
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Implementing best practices and global consistency, simplifying processes, controls, and flows

Talent Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in delivering strategic projects
  • Strong Project Management skills; able to track and maintain milestones independently
  • Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills, and ability to clearly document findings and proposals for solutions using various tools
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and ability to lead working groups with senior stakeholders
