Job Summary

Financial Institution Manager Opportunity

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our financial institution relationships. We seek a professional who can develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base, enhance business growth, and build strong partnerships.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to increase customer acquisition and retention in the financial institution sector;
  • Manage correspondent banking activities, including Nostro and Vostro accounts, SWIFT relationship management applications, and their correspondences;
  • Market and promote our loan products to financial institutions, driving business growth and revenue expansion;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing financial institution relationships and expanding customer bases;
  • Strong understanding of correspondent banking activities, including Nostro and Vostro accounts, and SWIFT relationship management applications;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
