  • Provide ongoing support and resources to enable partners to effectively promote and sell the company's IT products and solutions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and support.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Communicate regularly with channel partners to provide updates, share information, and promptly address any concerns or issues.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partner relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Sales Role or similar role within the IT industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of channel management strategies, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address partner challenges and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events, and visit customers.
