Service Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Manager to join our team at BYD Automotive. This is a unique opportunity to drive service excellence and contribute to the company's continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee service quality management to ensure all interactions meet our high standards.
- Conduct research on business policies and information to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Implement and manage business policies and marketing activities to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and manage after-sales channels to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in after-sales operations management or related work at an OEM or automotive importer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
